**WARNING**
Poison Ivy is often depicted with sexualized imagery.  I will censor any nudity posted on this blog, although I may have a link distinctly warning of adult content with uncensored versions of those images.  Still, keep in mind, some postings may be rather risqué to sensitive viewers.

Poison Ivy Collecting

Poison Ivy is a popular Batman rogue thanks to her overt sexuality and independent nature, and she is also an important figure in the LGBTQ community.  Here are some of the major events that helped shape her merchandising base and a list of movies and video games that included Poison Ivy.

Warner Bros. Studio Stores: First established in 1991, Warner Bros. (WB) stores were a common sight in malls across America. They specialized in Loony Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, and DC Collectibles. In 2001, all Warner Bros. Studio Stores went out of business, although in 2006 some have reopened in China. There were several items exclusively created for and sold in these establishments that have become very sought after collectibles, including many featuring Poison Ivy.

DC Comics Bombshells (2011): This began as a line of statues featuring female DC characters in a 1940 retro style including Poison Ivy. The products have expanded into vinyl figures, a comic book series, and various goods such as art prints, banners, drinkware, and more featuring images of the characters.

LEGOs: These plastic construction toys have, and are, releasing many DC-related sets that include Poison Ivy pieces.

DC Comics: Poison Ivy has appeared in over 1000 comic issues. She is often paired up with Harley Quinn and was featured in Gotham City Sirens and the Birds of Prey series. She finally received her first solo comic ever in the six-issue Cycle of Life and Death limited series.
