Animated Appearances

Batman: The Animated Series / The Adventures of Batman & Robin (1992 - 1995):  Bruce Timm and Eric Radomski brought to television what many consider one of the finest adaptations of the Batman saga.  It introduced Harley Quinn to the Batman universe and opened the door to a host of Batman and Poison Ivy related merchandise.

1991 Darkwing Duck - Dr. Reginald Bushroot (voiced by Tino Insana)
A reoccurring character that may have been loosely based on Poison Ivy

The New Batman Adventures (1997 - 1999):  An animated continuation of Batman: The Animated Series with Poison Ivy as a reoccurring character.

Static Shock (2000 - 2004):  Another animated series where Poison Ivy made an appearance.

Gotham Girls (2000 - 2002):  A flash animated webisode series where installments ranged from 2 - 5 minutes in length.  I binge watched all 30 episodes one night and was surprised how much I enjoyed them, and despite the dated animation style, Ivy looked great!

Justice League (2001-2004):  Poison Ivy makes a brief appearance in the episode A Better World lobotomized!

The Batman (2004-2008):  Poison Ivy appears in a number of episodes.

Ugly Americans (2012):  Not a DC Poison Ivy appearance, but at the end of the Ugly Americans Batman parody episode titled 'The Dork Knight' (S02E16) they had this Ivy-inspired villain fighting the Koala.

The Simpsons (S18E11) 2007 episode "Revenge Is a Dish Best Served Three Times".  In this Batman parody, Poison Lenny is a transvestite that was captured by Bartman when he was looking for the man who killed his parents. When Lenny told Bartman that he is transvestite, he threw him into high voltage before the police shot him (simpsonswiki).

Simpsons episode 'Bart the Bad Guy' (S31.E14) had a parody of the Marvel team the Avengers called the Vindicators with a character called Hydrangea, who seems like a cross between Groot and Poison Ivy.

Teen Titans Go!:  Poison Ivy made two very brief appearances in the Teen Titans Go! cartoon.  The first appearance was in the episode Sidekick (2013) in a circular montage of other villains.  She made another redesigned appearance at the end of the episode The Titans Show (2016).

Here are some screencaps of Poison Ivy in some additional Teen Titans Go! episodes.  The first two are from Bat Scouts.  The third from Mo' Money Mo' Problems and the last from Egg Hunt.  Also, in the episode A Trip to Wayne Manor (2018) Robin shows a dumpster with props from the 1997 Batman & Robin movie.

Batman: Assault on Arkham (2014):  Poison Ivy appears in this direct-to-video animated superhero film.

DC Super Hero Girls (2015):  DC Comics and Mattel introduced this franchise that includes books, animated movies and other merchandising.  The story centers around young superheroes dealing with their powers and personal issues while in an academic environment.  The direction of the series was heavily influenced by input from young girls in order to take away much of the over-sexualization of female superheroes and focus on issues adolescents can relate to.

Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2008-2011):  Poison Ivy has a few appearances in this series.

Young Justice (2010-2013):  Poison Ivy appears in the episode Revelations.

Super Best Friends Forever (2012): Poison Ivy appears in a short Super Best Friends Forever
episode.

DC Super Friends (2015)

Batman Beyond (2015):  Poison Ivy never appears in Batman Beyond, however, in the episode Out of the Past an actress portrayed her in a stage play.

Justice League Action (2017):   Poison Ivy makes regular appearances in this series.

Batman and Harley Quinn (2017):  Poison Ivy is one of the main antagonists in this animated movie.

Batman: Gotham by Gaslight (2018)
